A Pause in the Chaos

Take a moment between breaths
to feel the still of nothingness,
to feel the calm of stillness
and the freedom of calmness.

No burden of tomorrows:
a pause in the chaos.


I think it’s so helpful to remember to pause every so often, to be more aware of the moments between breaths, to feel in control. Take a moment for yourself. Be still. If just for the moments between breaths.
